Hello,
I would like to get tickets and a poster to promote this event at least 90 days prior. I think it would be great to see 30-40 attendees from the Spokane/ Coeur d'Alene area!

Just keep us posted on places to stay, dates, and (at least in my case) what the spouse and child can do. Also, if there are any dog friendly places to stay over there that would make my case much easier.

A possibility of another guest speaker is rumored. But the thought is how people would react to another big name coming to event? It would probably cost more to provide travel for guest speaker. So Ticket price would be more.

How many would be willing to see another guest speaker? There two larger guest speakers as on now. Kevin Pockell sponsors this event. Thank you again Kevin! I would assume he will be there. So how would people feel about even another expert coming in? There is a possibility of this happening. If you are planning on coming to this event please give us your input? That way MCMAC board can prepare in advance.

thank you in advance,
Ed:)

Ed,

I guess my input would be....I need to know the pricing before i give input. If you are going from $50 to $60....no worries....going from $130 to $160 I might think a little more. Times are tight in the economy and, at least for me, this hobby is a luxury not a necessity.

Is any information available yet about a tentative itinerary and, even more importantly, to me anyway, pricing?

Ed Hahn
02-14-2009, 01:46 PM
I just heard from President of Midcolumbia Saltwater. Reed the quote I gave you on pm was more than what I just heard from President. I beleive that was family price.

There will be a family price ticket and single ticket price. Again, I do not want to put prices out there until it is confirmed. I was promised a email with prices. When I recieve it I will share.

Hi Jim here , I am glad to hear people talking about the Conference. The biggest question is cost
We raised the price from 2007 15 bucks. So price per family is $70. and $60.00 per individual ticket. Members of mcsac 60.00 per family, 50.00 individual. Members of MCSAC already paid part to join club. Ticket price includes two meals, tank tour and speakers. We are going to be pre-saleing conference T- shirts. I don't have price as of yet of T- shirts. I hope all can come and we'll have a good time

This was Saturday night at MCMAC 2007. People had watched Presentations from Mike Palleta and Sanjay Joshi, done Tank Tour, and then the more food with coral and clam auction and of course raffle. Everytime this table won something from raffle they would twirl their napkins over their head in competition with another table. It was a riot. :)

He just will not use the MOFIB label. He will not be promoting MOFIB. Please welcome Matt Pederson and Family to Washington State on July 17th and 18th.:):):)

Dang it, I am a little pumped. Time is getting close. Tickets are available. Food should be great, guest speakers should be awesome, Place will be clean, classy. If you have not gotton your rooms or contacted a friend to stay with in Tri-cities, I recommend you do so fast. The rooms go quick because of another function that takes place around the same time locally. Get the rooms while you can. We want everyone to make this event as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Here is feed back from President last Friday. Sorry for late reply. There was a Garage Sale Saturday for bringing in more money for conference. We spent two days for Conference down here.

The word is official. WE have not heard back from a Distributor that wanted to sell frags and donate to club. So this means that any Hobbyist that wants to bring and sell Frags at Confererence can as long as they donate a decent frag to Conference for raffle. Repeat****** Bring them frags to trade or sell and donate a decent one and make a killing!!

If you would like you can Paypal me @ esmzhahn@clearwire.net for MCMAC tickets. Ticket prices are on the flyers. Please state your address or if you would like to Will Call at the door. Thank you very much!!! Ed Hahn

Is that you YEKIM? I remember you and you're specially made name tag. What a hoot. I felt a little silly when I asked you what Country you were from with a name like that. I should've known better if DE had anything to do with it. You guys were too funny and made it a pleasant event having you all attend.
