Yes, its true. I'm being very fitting to my screename right now working on club stuff at 10:30pm on Xmas eve, lol. Well gotta fit the name somehow

This thread will be here so everyone knows the time, date, location rules etc. As well as post up what you plan to bring or what you are looking for!

Day: 2/11/12
Time: setup from 8am to 11am for vendors/ members show from 11am to 5pm and teardown from 5pm to 8pm.
Raffle: drawings will be held at 3pm
Rules: please try to bring your own water and salt. The club will having RODI water on site for vendors to top off their tanks. If there is enough members with tables are welcome to some as well. The plan is to have 100 gallons of RODI on hand for the show. The only other rule is please no halides, this facility does have limited electrical (it will work though) we just have to limit everyone to no halides and please stick with less energy consuming lighting.

Hi Tom and Merry Christmas!

Awhile back, I don't remember if it was you or a previous officer, offered our Spokane club an invitation, to attend and set up a tank. I believe it may have been a previous officer. IF that offer still stands, I'd like to officially accept and let you know that our club would love to join your club event! Either way, Angie and I will be there...lol.

We've been so excited about the Bob Moore frag swap, for...well, since last year's event! Can't wait!

Our club is getting excited to attend!! I've been cutting frags, every few days, in preparation. I'll put up a list soon, as will other members, possibly.

Do we have a list of attending vendors yet? I'm anxiously awaiting a list of what vendors will be in attendance!!
