The Long Tentacle Anemone, Purple has a purple, orange, red color. It likes to eat filter feeding invert food, brine shrimp, micro-plankton a few times per week, when open. The Macrodactyla doreensis is generally aggressive toward other tankmates. Many consider the Macrodactyla doreensis a medium-maintenance specimen. Has moderate lighting needs. Sand Anemone requires moderate water flow. Oral disk can grow to be about 20 inches.
