      Scientific Name: Cryptocentrus caeruleomaculatus
      Max. size: 6.0 cm TL (male/unsexed)
      Environment: reef-associated; marine; depth range - 4 m
      Distribution: Indo-Pacific: East Africa to the Marianas, north to southern Japan.
      Morphology: Dorsal spines (total): 6-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 10; Anal spines: 1; Anal soft rays: 9
      Biology: Occurs in shallow lagoons and coastal bays, usually in areas with runoffs.
      Aquarium Care:Has a temperature range of 72 - 82°F (22 - 28°C) and natural diet consists mainly of benthic invertebrate. In the wild it lives in association with alpheid shrimps. Requires a meaty diet such as enriched brine shrimp, mysis, and/or finely chopped fish/shrimp flesh, with one or two feedings per day. They should not be housed with aggressive fishes such as groupers, dottybacks, triggerfishes or aggressive angelfishes. Provide a sandy substrate with lots of coral rubble. Could jump out of the tank! One per aquarium
