      Pros: Excellent Water Movement
      Cons: None

I have a RIO 2100 pump now for over two years and have had no problems with it. I know the horrid stories about these and in my new system will not have any RIO pumps.

Have a tendency to short out and cause issues. I had one in my tank until I reached in to retrieve the nori holder. I was running a grounding probe and still received a shock. I do not use these pumps due to their history.
