Pros: Excelent first book for salt water reefers
      Cons:

I have been using this book as a study guide and It has very detailed step by step procedures on how to set up a reef tank, From the start to the end I have bought a lot more books but so far I keep coming back to this one. From a rookie stand point this is the one!

Pros: Perfect general overview of the how's and why's
      Cons: None

A good book for the beginning aquarist and those moving to the newer type filtration systems.
Provides you with a good and general overview of how things have advanced from what they once were.
More truths in this book than a lot of other ones I've owned or read.

For those who feel they're a little more in tune with there system, I'd recommend a more advanced book but for newbies or those having start up problems it's the perfect reference book.
