    Unfortunately, I can’t remove it. It’s very grow into its neighbors. The whole tank is very mature and grown out. I think I’m going to have to break out the infested pieces and try to eradicate the bubbles somehow so they don’t come back.

    Thanks For the thoughtful and detailed answer. I don’t think I can remove the piece to dip it as it’s very grown into its neighbors. But I think I will try to break out all of the infested pieces and I may try the peroxide.

    LOL downsized to what? I totally see the benefit in having your frag tank in-line with your main system now, but that doesn't work in the nano world so well, and my house isn't equipped for a fish-room. I do additionally have a QT tank that isn't set up yet, but at some point in my future...

    My internet search seems to generally support that people like the Hanna checker for phos but the other ones a bit less. I think I'll buy the hanna checker when I get low on my current chemicals. Thanks for the input!
