175w-400w MH 10k bulbs for $35-$55?

So I'm doing some research on the web and I find this site that's selling 175w MH 10k bulbs for $35. Also selling 10k 400w's for $55. This seems too good to be true. Anyway here is the site.

It doesn't say what brand the bulbs are unfortunetly.
