In most cases a good return pump can deliver water via TEE or header so to speak. I have seen models with pumps built on them as part of the package.

i would research your model. some models like the korallin recommend a small dedicated pump. your reactor may prefer a pump and what's another cord among friends?

This is a prototype reactor waiting for patent so no real water input needs data as of yet. (only tested with pump) As of now takes up only 6"x8" total floor space and should handle up to 200g. Now its being tested with a powerhead and inexpensive puka/argonite media at 7.5PH.
