Yesterday we added a small Clown Tang to our 135 gal FOWLR tank (with a clown trigger, niger trigger, and picasso trigger). There was no aggression in the tank until the addition of the tang...the others have started nipping at the newbie. We'd hoped he could take care of himself with his reputation! We've added more rock for hiding places. Any other ideas? Thanks.

You could try rearranging the rock. It may cause the other fish to not protect their turf as much.

I usually dim the lights for a few days. Ie only one acentic or room lighting or something along those lines. Rearrange some aquascape if its bad. And try to reduce feeding so when you notice excess aggression you can drop in a little food to distract them from the chase. Also a little establishment of pecking order and territory is just plain natural, but keep an eye on them.
