Okay things are taking shape very quickly now and i really need to finallize the plumbing of this bugger. Here is my latest theory. Only problem I can see is that I'm not sure how i should add a spray-bar to the loop.

Plumb specs:

Tank specs:

The closed loop is run by an amp master 2100 (ill bring you funds tonight for that thing Mike).
The sump return is a 1100gph Blue Line NS, but may be switched out for a Velocity T4 (comparable to Blue line at same head).
The stand pipes and bulks are 1.5" .
The Seaswirls are 3/4".
The closed loop outlet bulks are 1".
The close loop plumbing is 1.5".
Sump return line run up back of tank not inside of it. Only thing running through bottom of tank is the two 1.5" stand pipes.
The stand is about 33" tall and 22" wide.

I think I covered it all.

So what did I mess up! Come on sling that mud!

You know for a reef monkey you've done pretty darn good. If you want to add a spraybar to the design I would just add another input on each side of the closed loop, say close two more holes closer to the center. then just equipt them with lockline and attach the below pictured going out to the sides.

Sound good to me Mike, unless I find out that nozzled lockline only comes in Neon orange.

Once I finish these wacky moonlights, I'll start marking her up and hunt down the hole saws.
