I just purchased a some Candy Cane coral yesterday and was reading that they require low flow current. I am not sure exactly how little is low flow, and how much is to much.

Do they mean they require less flow than other hard corals?

I have this in a 30 gallon tank with a spray bar supplying about 300GPH, and a RIO 600 which is placed along the back behind the rocks for removal of detrius.

Is this too much flow?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Eliyah

Low flow to me means as far away from a return as possible. I think if you position the candy cane away from a return you will be fine.
