Would like to join PSAS

I have been doing reef tanks for a while, but just heard about the PSAS. How do I join and when/where is the next meeting? I am very excited about networking so I can do some trades! (I just aquired some amazing neon orange zoos and have fragged it to three rocks. Nice pieces, 2 available for trade!!)
